TXV0108: Supported data rate when 1.2V to 3.3V

Hello team,

What would be the supported data rate, when 1.2V to 3.3V translation?

The datasheet states 500Mbps only for 1.65V to 3.6V condition.

Also the Data rate and technology family on the TI.com page seems to be wrong.

    Hello Kuwahara-san,

    Using the propagation delay as a good estimate, typical data rate would be 400Mbps or 200MHz.

    Data rate is determined by temperature and output voltage meaning 500Mbps cannot be supported across all voltage ranges.
