Could you please clarify what causes the limitation of 32 configurations in SigCon Architect?

On the EEPROM page the No. of Configs cannot be increased above 32. If you enter a number larger than 32 it reverts to 21

Thanks for the clarification. What are you trying to implement with more than 32 configurations? The device only has 32 channels, which causes the limit on SigCon Architect.

Hi Gregory,

As you can have more than one device on the same bus, the number of configurations can easily exceed 32. In one case we could have 4 devices being configured from the same eeprom, which equates t0 128 channels.

I see. In that case this is likely a limit of the SigCon Architect GUI, as the EEPROM page does not support selecting different devices/configurations.

I am able to select different devices, the issue is that the GUI appears to restrict the number of configurations for no apparent reason. Is there any chance that this bug will be fixed.

I will note this down for our software team, but there is no current timeline for such a fix to the GUI.
