TCAN1044A-Q1: alternate part for TCAN1044AVDDFRQ1 without internal pullup resistor in TXD and RXD.

Part Number: TCAN1044A-Q1

TCAN1044AVDDFRQ1- TXD and RXD has internal pull-up and it's affecting our one functionality. Kindly suggest suitable CAN transceiver without internal pull-up.  The alternate part should have bus fault protection more than 40V. 

if it's have in-built termination resistor will be apperciated. The alternate PART need to match PIN to PIN for TCAN1044AVDDFRQ1.

Kindly suggest suitable part or can we customize the TCAN1044AVDDFRQ1 for our application.

    Hi Mohamed,

    Unfortunately, they all have this 27.5 k ohm to 275 k ohm pull up on TXD. RXD includes a higher impedance in the M ohms range. Also, no alternative with in-built termination as of this time.

    Please double confirm the functionality issue as this pull up seems weak enough for MCU's to typically have stronger drive strength, overdriving as needed, thanks.
