Hi Youhei,

Yes, please use this to refer to DES input voltages when the DES is powered off. Is there additional DC bias on the FPD-Link?

The SER driving the DOUT voltages should be the recommended operating conditions for DES RX, and it is fine to apply this before DES powers up to fulfill power sequencing. Please note these are absolute maximum ratings, which are fine as long as the DES is not powered on (during function).
