THVD1439: internal termination resistor

Hi team,

I’m looking for a device similar to the THVD1439 that supports half-duplex communication and includes surge protection. Based on these requirements, is there a TI device that also has an internal termination resistor so that no external termination is needed?

    Hi Shota,

    We do have the THVD1454 which includes an integrated, switchable termination resistor, but it does not include IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection. It does have IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and 4-4 (EFT) however. You could use this transceiver with an external protection diode like the ESDS552 for surge.
