Part Number: TPD1E05U06-Q1

Hello,

The first part number is TPD1E05U06DPYR with package X1SON (DPY). Are you able to please confirm what the finish of the circled side terminations are. I am not able to find any information on the datasheet or on the material declaration sheet for this. We are concerned for the threat of whiskering on the leads. See below for the image.
