Hi,

I am working in a new development and ideally, I would like to configure DP83869 as a Media Convertor Mode ( translate data between copper and fiber interface for 1000M and 100M speeds. )

I would like to configure DP83869 only with straps ( without register configuration ). And we would like to find a configuration that would be able to work at 100M and 1000M. So, the objective is that DP83869 it has an autonegotiation 100M/1000M and depending on electrical source, it would choose the correct rate and will configure automatically the optical interface.

In the lab, I have an eval board but I could not fine a UNIQUE strap configuration that works with both rates. I could find a configuration that works at 100M or a configuration that works at 1000M.

So my question is to know if there is a configuration able to work 100/1000 ?
