TSD03: TVS+SCHOTTKY as SIC MOSFET Vgs protection

Part Number: TSD03

Hi,

due to Miller current generation with negative dv/dt  complementary (not the switching sic) SIC gate-source voltage reaches even -15V for 20ns from surges which is above the datasheet limits. I added TSD03 and schottky to trim the surge and now surge is -10v for 20ns. My question is if I can use TSD03 for repititve surge protection.

my switch frequency is 30khz. from simulation I see the peak current is 1.5A for 20ns also.
In average power dissipation is 4mwatt. Is it ok for repetitive use?
