Hi Team,

As I know VBR value is when the ESD voltage is larger than VBR, ESD will clamp the voltage at specific voltage. I am wondering if the Vclamp will be affected by temp.

Do you have an example chart like Vclamp vs temp?

Hi Roy,

We do not have any Vclamp vs temperature for this part, but yes, the Vclamp will most likely increase slightly at higher temperatures. We do have data for breakdown voltage over temperature, if that is needed.

We found that the Vclamp voltage/VBR may be lower at high temp. I would like to check if this is making sense or not.

Hi Chihyu,

Just to make sure we are on the same page, you want to know how the temperature affects the voltage when it snapsback (Vh in image below)? I want to make sure you aren't asking for clamping voltage.
