This is absolute maximum. For operating, I would recommend using this app note in combination with the thermal information in the TUSB322I datasheet: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spra953d/spra953d.pdf?ts=1762288108992

This should help with determining the operating junction temp based on your design.
