Other Parts Discussed in Thread: USB2ANY, ,
Hi Teams,
During the debugging of the DS280DF810, the customer used the SigCON tool to output an EEPROM file and then powered on the device to start from EEPROM configuration. They found that only channels 0 to 3 were functioning properly, while channels 4 to 7 were not working. However, when using the debugger USB2ANY, all eight channels were operational. Upon reviewing the EEPROM content, it was discovered that the configuration data for channels 4 to 7 was missing, as indicated by the documentation. Please help investigate whether there are any specific techniques for using the SigCON tool that might result in the configuration data for channels 4 to 7 being set to zero. The documentation mentions that the DS280DF810 chip contains two identical dies. It appears that only one die is currently configured, while the other is not. The version of the SigCON software they are using is 2.0.0.8. Thank you!
