Regarding the following items described in datasheet

(1)A solid ground plane is recommended for both DVDD, PVDD or AVDD. Using a split plane may cause ground loops or a difference in ground potential at various ground pins of the device.

-->Does this mean connecting DGND, PGND, AGND to a common GND?

(2)Rounding up to a standard value, 0.1uF is selected for each DVDD pin.

-->On the DS92LV18, do I need a 0.1uF capacitor on each power pin for PVDD, AVDD, as well as DVDD?

Yes, correct. We recommend using one common plane for each power GND pin.

I would recommend a 100uF for each of the DVDD, AVDD, and PVDD pins, yes.
