Hi Brian,

We do not spec junction temperature for this device. Instead we spec the ambient temperature range, power derating factor, and the power dissipation you can achieve at certain ambient temperatures (see below):

From this package dissipation ratings and thermal equations, We are able to get the estimated TJ,max. Is that making sense?

Tj=Ta+Pd*( ˚C/mW)

Ta=25 ˚C, Tj=25 ˚C +774mW*(1/6.2, ˚C/mW)= 25+0.774*161.3=149.84 ˚C
Ta=85 ˚C, Tj=85 ˚C +402mW*(1/6.2, ˚C/mW) = 85+0.402*161.3=149.84 ˚C
Ta=125 ˚C, Tj=125 ˚C +154mW*(1/6.2, ˚C/mW) = 125+0.154*161.3=149.84 ˚C
