We'd like to double check that:
What requirements that we must follow except 100 PPM and 2.5V clock level.
Although it appears that there aren’t any stringent phase/noise requirements on data sheet.

The requirements listed in the Pin Functions and Electrical Characteristics sections in the data sheet should be followed. The recommended reference clock specifications from the Electrical Characteristics section are included below.
