TDP0604: Use of TDP0604 and support for DP++.

Hello TI,

Our application will use the DP++ to DP/HDMI output.

We are using TCP output interface from Intel processor.

The TDP0604IRNQR datasheet noticed that supoort for DP++.

I wouldl like to confim whether this solution is suitable. Thank you
