TLIN1029-Q1: pull up resistance limitation

Hello expert,

May I know if there is limitation for TLIN1029-Q1 pullup resistance? When we use 10kohm or 30kohm, is that any impact for communication? Thanks a lot!

    Hi Ann,

    Our LIN transceiver already integrates a 45K Ohm pullup for responder node application, so there is no need to add external pullup.

    For commander node application 1K Ohm is required by the LIN standard, to ensure a fast enough rising edge. There is no reason to use other value resistors.
