TL16C750: TL16C750IPM is DMS

Part Number: TL16C750


The part TL16C750IPM is DMS. Are there other parts that can replace this part that have a operating temperature of -40C to 85C? The part TL16C750 is still available but it seem like none of the parts that are still being made have this temperature rating.

Please advise if there is another option.

    Nate,

    I would probably look at TL16C750E.

    Overall though, these devices are considered legacy devices. Long term it may be better to look into a microcontroller that has UART built into its pins instead.
