My customer is affected by the PCN : 20240724002.1 and PCN : 20241101001.0

Their product is failing some production test post PCN

They woudl like to compare past Datasheet versions for the parameter, to check on their production test program

Coudl you kinldy help to furnish

Hello Ivan,

Do you know what kind of tests are their failing in? What are they failures themselves?

Pin conditions on the device when the failures are observed?

Is it failure on all units or some of them? Did they try swapping failed units with different ones (A-B-A swap)?
