Hello,
I have a few questions about TCA9548A and TCA9548A-Q1 (Automotive).
In TCA9548A datasheet (SCPS207H-revised September 2024), it is indicated :
- Ta - Operating free-air temperature – 3.6 V ≤ VCC ≤ 5.25 V -40/+85°C + Tj max 90°C
- Ta - Operating free-air temperature - 1.65 V ≤ VCC ≤ 3.6 V -40/+125°C + Tj max 125°C
In TCA9548A-Q1 datasheet (revised June 2023), it is indicated :
- Ta - Operating free-air temperature - 1.65 V ≤ VCC ≤ 5.25 V -40/+85°C + Tj max 90°C
- Ta - Operating free-air temperature - 1.65 V ≤ VCC ≤ 3.6 V -40/+125°C + Tj max 125°C
In TCA9548A-Q1 datasheet, the voltage at -40/+85°C should not be rather 3.6 V ≤ VCC ≤ 5.25 V ?
If the operating free-air temperature are the same, what is the difference between these 2 réferences ?
