Hi team,

I'm using the level translator TXS0104EQPWRQ1 in my board.

Please confirm whether unused inputs and outputs can be made as NC or any termination required.

    Hi Abhishek,

    Unused I/Os are generally recommended to be pulled up/down to a certain, known logic state. However, the TXS0104E has internal 10kohm pullups that allow the floating inputs to realize a logic high state. If the unused ports are left at logic high state aren't a concern for you, then the I/Os of the TXS0104E can be left floating.
