Can you please provide the following information for the TUSB1106PWRG4part?

  1. Junction Temperature Max (Tj Max)
  2. Typical Power, (Pd typ)
  3. Maximum Power (Pd max)T
  4. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA)
  5. Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB)              
  6. Thermal Resistance Junction to Case (Theta JC)

    We will have to develop a thermal model of the device to generate this data and this can take upto 2 weeks... I will post this as soon as it is available.

     However, One thing I'd like to point out is that we no longer provide Typical power and Max power values for our devices because these numbers are highly dependent on application conditions like ambient temperature, PCB size, PCB layers material compositions etc. We now provide more detailed theta and Psi thermal variables so that our customers can accurately calculate the junction temperature value and therby identify the power dissipation for their application conditions.
