Hi,

We are trying to read Read Die Junction Temperature as 4.2.15

I want check how to set value mask.

Seems just need select the bit which I want to modify?

Or something else we need to do? Thanks!

Hi Jeff,

The mask defines the bits that should be affected by the write. Bits of the mask that are 0 should not be changed during the register write. Please see section 2.1.2 of Application Note SNLA323, this section details writes with masks.

Got it. One more question, Is there have any over temperture protect function in DS160PT801?

I can't find relative wording in datasheet.

Hi Jeff,

There is not a specific over temperature protect function in the device. The die junction temperature can be read, as outlined in Section 4.2.15 of the Configuration Guide, and the device can be manually programmed according to the value read.
