SN65CML100: Problem with CML output in Fast-Strong mode

Hi,

I am running SI simulation for the output side i.e CML side.

SN65CML100 connected with CML receiver with 50ohm pull-up to 3.3V.

In the typical mode CML output looks fine, but when i am running at fast-strong could see more overshoot and undershoot attached waveform referance.(1st: Fast Strong and 2nd: Typical).

I tried simulate SN65CML100 without any receiver connected, at fast-strong mode, still i can see the issue.

Currently i am using IBIS model downloaded from TI website, Do we have any other IBIS model..?

This is the only IBIS model we have available for this device.

Please give us some time to look into this and see if this is a common issue, and we will try to respond by EOD tomorrow.
