TUSB7340: Speed and wake issues

Part Number: TUSB7340
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB7320, TIGER,

We've designed and manufactured a few prototypes of a module that includes TI TUSB7320.
The module is connected to the motherboard with a PCIe interface. The platform of the motherboard is Intel Tiger Lake UP3.

We have two significant issues:
1. The module wakes the system from sleep (S3) if and only of an HID device (mouse/keyboard) are connected. It wakes the system up immediately after going to sleep mode, without any activity on these devices.

2. The performance is very low. We can read/write at speeds of up to 270-290 MBps, while with the same USB device on other USB 3.0 ports, we see over 500 MBps. The PCIe link is Gen 2.
