Parade tech PS8171

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN75DP139

Hi

My customer is currently looking for a replacement for Parade tech's PS8171, but sad to say that the website doesn't give alot of information.

I have shortlisted the SN75DP139.

Can anyone advise me if this is a good replacement? else if there is any good replacement part to recommend?

Thank you in advance.

Adam

    Thank you for your reply.

I have the following question from the datasheet.

    1) The Control pin, VSadj, it is stated to connect 4K02 resistor to this pin. The resistor is to be connected to VCC or to Ground?

    2) The Control pin, OVS, What is "offset range 1", "offset range 2", and "offset range 3" as stated in page 9 of datasheet?

    Thank you!

[ks] Vsadj is a resistor to ground providing amplitude adjustment if needed.

    2) The Control pin, OVS, What is "offset range 1", "offset range 2", and "offset range 3" as stated in page 9 of datasheet?

[ks] OVS settings and voltage information is in the table seen below from the spec
