SN65LVDS100: Need more thermal data

Part Number: SN65LVDS100

The most recent datasheet for the sn65lvds100dgk lists the temperature limits as an Ambient -40 to +85 C. For the upper limit, can you provide the max allowable performance junction temperature? Also, I will need a Theta JC so I can calculate the junction temp.

Hi Patrick,

For theta JC, Thetajc top is 56.4, Thetajc bottom n/a, ThetaJB is 83.6.

Max junction temperature based on your powercan used using these values and the equations found in this document: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spra953d/spra953d.pdf?ts=1756399387279

The max junction temp rating is 150C.
