AM26LV31E: Propagation Delay

Hello,

I have a question regarding the couple AML26L31E + AML26L32E.

From the datasheets, the Propagation delay varioation is 8ns (4-12ns) for the AML26L31E, and 18ns (8-26ns) for AML26L32E - total of 26ns.

But, these values are for full variation of Voltage (3-3.6V), temperature (-40-85deg), (and Process?)

Since we work with 3.3V, we would like to know the ropagation delay varioation for this value (or better for 3.3V+-0.1V).

I saw many similar devices datasheets with Propagation delay curves against Temperature and Voltage, which is not presented in the dataheets of thiese devicces - Maybe you have this information?

    There is going to be variation between process (over doped vs. under doped vs nominal) and temperature. I can give you some average values if you provide me with the temperature you're interested in. I won't have much data on the process though, you will have to assume the data I provide is nominal process.

    Can you tell the values for the full temperature range (Industrial) and for narrower range of -20 to 70deg, to see how high is the difference? both for 3.3V+-0.1V.

    The validation (bench/ATE data) prop delay values I see are only for -40C, 27C and 85C at 3V 3.3V and 3.6V

    I'm going to provide the 3.3V data for those three points. 

    Temp Average
    -40C ~9ns
    27C ~10ns
    85C ~11ns

    Corner cases have min closer to 8ns and max a little lower than 12ns

    Or is it the variation (Maximum - Minimum)? - If so, can you tell the Min. and Max. for each Temp.?

    No, we don't have that information. The provided numbers are just for the 31E prop delay that are called out in the datasheet.

    The min max values I provided earlier were across temp.

    I don't think it will be useful since there are outliers included but I can provide rough estimates. 

    -40C: min 8ns max 11ns

    27C: min 8.5ns max ~12ns

    85C: min 9ns max ~12ns
