Hi Felix,
No major concerns for the device if close to the VCC pin. And system engineers would have to decide based on their respective systems.
I.e., what is typically common with larger caps is insufficiency in filtering high frequency, slowing down VCC rise or increase inrush current in systems sensitive to POR or UVLO timing. Hence, no concerns if there are no system sensitivities, thanks.
