Hello,

Initialization time will be largely system dependent. The deserializer will require 2ms after PDB goes high before any registers or I2C communication can occur. After 2ms the device will be active, but any additional time to config or begin streaming will depend on other system components. Such as the boot time of the camera/imager before video begins to stream, as well as the speed of the SoC.

From the valid video input begins to the valid signal output, how long does the IC need?

Assuming that all SoC and other system configuration is completed, the delay from data input to data output will be roughly 2x the line time of the input data.
