TUSB211A: Regarding the RSTN pin

Part Number: TUSB211A

I am considering using the TUSB211A with a 5V power supply. According to Table 5.1 in the datasheet, the RSTN pin has a 500 kOhm pull-up and a 1.8 MOhm pull-down. Based on calculations, the voltage at the RSTN pin would be about 3.9 V. However, the datasheet specifies that the maximum input voltage for the RSTN pin is 3.6 V, so I understand this does not meet the requirement. In Figure 8-1 (Reference Schematic), only a 100 nF capacitor is connected to the RSTN pin, and no external pull-down resistor is shown. Is it acceptable to omit an external pull-down resistor? (To meet the requirement, I believe an external pull-down resistor, such as 2 MOhm, should be added.)
