I have question about read_capacity for HDD with HPA area.

I found that the TUSB9261's HDD max address didn't include HPA area by default.

I know that this HPA is hidden area, but is there any option for including the HPA in max address ?

Is there any READ_NATIVE_MAX_ADDRESS command handle in TUSB9261 default firmware ?

Hi Vicky,

As far as I am aware, there is no READ_NATIVE_MAX_ADDRESS command handle in the firmware. However, you can request the source code of the firmware from the TUSB9261 webpage and review it to confirm, or edit it as needed for your use case.
