I believe this corresponds to the TMUXHS4212 family. Could you please confirm the following:

Is this marking associated with the commercial grade (0°C to 70°C) or the industrial grade (−40°C to 105°C)?
Are there any additional identifiers in the lot code that indicate temperature grade?
Could you provide any official documentation or guidance on interpreting these markings?

Hi Reza,

No. The lot‑trace codes do not embed any temperature‑grade identifier. I was unable to gather information on that device, are you sure that the 478AY29 is correct or is it 47AY298? If it is the 47AY298 than it is the TUXHS4212IRKSR, which temperature is (−40°C to 105°C) rated.

We do not have a official document for explaining the markings to help determine the temperature grade. But you can continue to use E2E regarding such questions.
