DS91M124: Additive jitter is missing

Hi Experts,

We have customer, using DS91M124 in our products and need to do Jitter analysis circuits related to an LVCMOS oscillator.

Datasheet specifies "Low Jitter" only. What is the additive jitter of DS91M124?

    Hi Archie,

    We don't have additive jitter data on this device, but you can use the differential pulse skew (tSKD1) as your worst case jitter spec (100 ps max, 25 ps typ). At 125 MHz max operating frequency, additive jitter of this device should not have a major effect on your system performance.
