DP83822I: Is it correct that if Auto MDI/X Enable = 1, not matter what setting with Force MDI/X bit. the device will always work in Auto MDI/X Enable mode ?

The Auto-MDIX can also be used when operating the PHY in Forced modes. So if you set the Force MDIX, it will overwrite the Auto-MDIX Enable setting. What is the context of this question?
