TUSB1142: About the CEQ and SSEQ setting on TUSB1142

Hi AE,

      The current Pre-Channel total and Post-Channel total are as follows.

      Could you help recommend the appropriate settings for CEQ1, CEQ0 and SSEQ1, SSEQ0?

    Hi,

    If you are using the TUSB1142, it's best to use the AEQ function of the part to determine the best EQ for the post channel.

    Based off of the chart provided, I am understanding that there are 4x TUSB1142 devices on the system.

    FIO redriver #1: SSEQ level 0-2, AEQ for post channel

    FIO redriver #2: SSEQ level 0-2, AEQ for post channel

    RIO redriver #1: SSEQ level 7-15, AEQ for post channel

    RIO redriver #2: SSEQ level 7-15 AEQ for post channel
