Hi Xiaowei,
For the signals being level shifted with TXB, they appear to be fixed direction in which the TXU0x04 can also be used depending on the direction per channel as a more robust solution. As for the TXS0102 schematic, note that VCCA should be less than or equal to VCCB (VCCA cannot be greater than VCCB) for level translation, and the pullups on B side can be removed due to internal 10kohms pullup in the TXS.
