Part Number: SN74LVC16T245

Looking for recommended operating junction temperature rating of device. Absolute max (150C) is specified as well as ambient (85C).

 

Would recommended junction temperature be 125C? If so, would you be able to include this on datasheet in deal?

    Hello Filipe,

    We don't include recommended junction temperature since this value depends on ambient temperature, max power and Theta_Ja. The customer can use the formula below to calculate recommended junction temperature :

    Max Recommended Junction Temperature = ambient temp + (max power * Theta_JA).
