Is there a specific spec or detail you are looking for?

Additionally, if you are selecting the SN65HVD75 for ESD, we have several newer transceivers with improved, internal ESD protection. I would particularly highlight the THVD1450, which has 18kV contact ESD protection, faster data rate, higher node count, stronger drive strength, amongst other features.

Hi Shingu,

We do not have distribution data for ESD performance that we can share. For most ESD specs, we test each spec 3 times at 2kV intervals, increasing until the device's rated spec is achieved.
