we would like to simulate the device of THVD1424 and THVD1512, can you confirm if you have PSPICE model  for both devices?

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E!

    Unfortunately we do not provide PSPICE models for those range of devices. We do provide IBIS models for select RS-485 transceivers. If IBIS would still help you, then let me know and I can provide some similar models (we do not have models for those exact devices).
