SN74LV8T541-EP: Enable Control Logic for the Buffer IC

Hi TI team,

We are using the SN74LV8T541MPWREP buffer IC in design, it seems datasheet has no info on logic level for the OE pin with different VCC?

Pls suggest the same for varying VCC - 1.8, 3.3 and 5V.

Hello Garima,

Since OE pin is considered an input, you can use the VIH and VIL information in the Recommended Operating Conditions. OE is referenced to VCC.

Hi Jos,

This has been raised as datasheet has no dedicated VIH/VIL for OE, it has the belwo for all input, consider OE as input you are indicating to use below numbers to drive? Is it correct?

Hello Garima,

That's correct, VIH and VIL information will apply to OE as well.
