Hi,

Attached is the DP83826A schematic checklist, please double check your strap configuration against the spreadsheet (Basic Mode) to make sure the DP83826A is being strapped correctly.

You also have 33nF on both U62 and U64, this will effectively reduce the total capacitance. Please remove one set of capacitors.
