Could you please suggest any lower-cost USB hub options that meet our requirement of supporting USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 with 4 downstream ports?

I believe all TI USB3 hubs are similar price, TUSB8041A or TUSB8042A.

I would like to clarify one point regarding the TUSB8043A USB hub. Does it support both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 connections on the downstream ports? The datasheet mentions that the “downstream ports are configurable to USB 2.0 only.” Does this imply that USB 3.0 operation is not possible on any downstream port of this hub?
