TMUXHS221: If D+ D- could be exchanged to use

Hi Team,

When using the TMUXHS221 chip, can the D+ and D-, DB+ and BD-, DA+ and DA- can be used interchangeably? Can D+ connect to DM and D- connect to DP? Like below picture.

If not, may I ask why? It seems that the singal voltage level are the same.

Hi Kailun,

Since the TMUXHS221 is a passive mux, yes, you can switch the +/- sides.

Thanks for your reply. Typically D+ should connect to DP, do you mean it can connect to DM as well?
