MSP430F2272 interfacing with Led controller TCA6507 via I2C

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F2272, TCA6507

I have designed the circuit which can be found below, but my MSP430F2272 can't communicate with TCA6507. I'm using 5.6kOhm pullup resistors, the supply voltage of both ICs are 3.3V with same ground. I've also tried to add up 10kOhm pullup resistor (15k total) but nothing changed. When SDA is monitorized, I can see the ramp down (start condition) of the voltage, then voltage rises up again but I can't get ACK from the TCA6507. (NACK flag gets high in MSP, monitored in debug mode via PP (EZ430-RF2500 kit's USB part is used to program and debug the controller))

Note: The jumpers are to be able to do external logic connections for test purposes, normally the jumpers are short-circuited.
