DS90UB962-Q1: Video signal check

Part Number: DS90UB962-Q1

Hi team,

If LOCK is stable, can we check video status by reading 0x4E register?

Do you think there is any other register that can check video status? I recommend customer to check 0x73-0x76 register, but they told me that these register will be frozen if LOCK goes from high to low.

Regards,

Peter

  • Hello Peter,

    • If you enable Interrupts for RX Ports in register 0x23 yu can check their status in reg 0x24.
    • On reg 0x35[0] you can check CSI TX port status.
    • If you enable Interrupts for CSI TX Ports in register 0x37 yu can check their status in reg 0x36.
    • You can check the BCC status on reg 0x47. Also, on reg 0x48-0x49 you can find the FPD ECC1 counter.
    • On reg 0x4D, 0x4E you get RX port status details.
    • Reg 0x55 and 0x56 are the RX parity error counters.
    • reg 0x7A shows the status of the received CSI-2 packets, and reg 0x7B is the CSI errors counter.
    • On reg 0xD3 you can see the AEQ status for the selected RX port.
