I would appreciate it if you could clarify one additional point:
When referring to the “TCAN340x‑Q1 Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD, and Pin FMA” document for use with the TCAN3413, should we understand that:

1.The FIT rates and FMD values for the TCAN3413 are identical to those of the TCAN340x‑Q1 series,

or

2.The TCAN340x‑Q1 data is intended only as the closest available reference, and the actual FIT / FMD values for the TCAN3413 may differ?
