SN65LVDS95-EP: Information for SN65LVDS95DGGREP

Part Number: SN65LVDS95-EP

Dear Texas Instruments Technical Support Team,

We would like to request some information for our current project.
Please find the component details below:

Mfr. Number : SN65LVDS95DGGREP
Could you please provide :
1. operating current range (or max output current)?
2. theta jc(junction to case) or theta jb(junction to board)?
3. max rated junction temperature?

Thank you for your support.

Best regards, Eunchae Lee.

  • Hi Eunchae,

We do not spec those values for this device. Instead we have a table on page 4 of the datasheet (see below) showing the maximum power dissipation the device can handle as a function of ambient temperature. For a given supply voltage, you can back calculate the max output current from that table. The derating factor is an inverse function of theta JA (junction-to-ambient)

    Regards,

    Matt
