Thank you for replay,
yes i tried different ethernet cables and rj 45 connectors i checked all voltages of PHY and pullup resistors and rest pins all fine but still im not resolved problem...

Hi, Can you probe the voltage of RBIAS and RSTn pin? Also, can you send us the schematic of the connection to the RJ45 connector? And does the power supply sequence of the PHY follow the datasheet recommendation?
