TCAN1043-Q1: Bit time

Hi team,

My customer wants to know the data range of these parameters tBIT(BUS), tBIT(RXD), tREC when tBIT(TXD)=4us. Because the data rate they use is just 250kHz.

    Hi Elleen,

    Unfortunately, we do not specify for slower rates and would recommend to treat the characterization data as a small additive error around your 4 us / 250kHz slow data rate.

    I.e., Use the same with 500 ns offsets as a reference to estimate:

    • tBIT(BUS): 4us + (-65 ns .... + 30 ns) I.e., 3.935 us to 4.030 us
    • tBIT(RXD) 4 us +(-100 ns ... + 50 ns) I.e., 3.9 us to 4.05 us
    • tREC the same as the specified due to being tBIT(RXD) - tBIT(BUS), thanks.
