Hi,

DP83687 (A PHY) connects to the transformer, then to B PHY.
For the B PHY side, does the Bob Smith termination need to be modified, or can the standard Bob Smith termination be used as-is?

You mean it needs to be modified as shown in the diagram below, with a 0.1 µF capacitor connected?
